VULU Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (8–10 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (5–7 business days)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VULU is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. VULU has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages VULU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at vulu@tryvulu.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VULU is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at vulu@tryvulu.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
